Physical mentor training session
The training will run for approximately 4 hours and will cover:
- Overview of all project activities & modules
- Mentor roles and responsibilities
- Farmer engagement and follow-up processes
- Project implementation expectations
- Reporting and field coordination procedures
Following the training, mentors will be deployed to work directly with farmers on the ground as part of the project implementation process.
